The client is looking for a solution where they will be able to manage their Internal users like Management, Accounts and Field Technicians, Customers, Service history &documents and Parts & Consumables at one place. Our team at Crest Coder has done the requirement analysis and developed a web app and iPad application for the customer to fulfill their requirements.
Our client is managing the entire business with lots of paper work. They have team of field technicians who visit different parts of country and fill up the service forms on paper and submit it to management team. There is always a chance to lost the information while carrying such number of documents. They also have to manage the inventory of parts and consumables manually to their store. There is a feature to add Generators where client can see all the required information like Model, Serial Number, Most Recent Service, Service due by and parts used in the services by just a scan of QR code.
The iPad app for field technician has a feature of offline job management where they can complete the job without the internet and submit it while they have the internet access. The iPad application has features of QR code scan to get the onsite generator details, Job schedules for Month, Week and Day with Machine Search.
