The understanding was excellent. Even though they are from a different part of the world where English is not their first language . We where able to communicate easily and concisely when it came to the needed information and explanation of the products integration. They where flexible enough to allow their team to change the flows as prescribed by myself and implemented the exact flows and processes I wanted for my product. They also where knowledgeable about the best practices in the industry as well as the release process of the app.Are there any areas for improvement?
Upfront engagement could have been immediate one on one with myself and the developer it would help to get my ideas across quicker. Once that was established the project flowed well and was delivered as promised.
