Compass Lingo is a platform where interpreting organisations or freelancers manage their bookings. There are three separate modules in the system which includes Admin, Interpreters and Organisations.
Organisations need to register themselves on the platform which will be approved by Admin user to get the access of the platform. Once they get the access, they will be able to create different internal users as per the department. All the users can add the jobs for different services like British Sign Language, Face to Face Meeting, Telephone, Video and Translation.
Interpreter Agency or Freelancer can view and accept or reject the jobs. Interpreter agency can create their internal users who can manage their own jobs.
There is a special feature of Ticket management for disputes. Admin user can manage the tickets and resolve it.
Organisations can create their own internal users and manage their bookings.
